SUNSET VIEW! Hotel on the BEACH! Gulf Front Balcony! An ideal one bedroom, one and one-half bathroom is perfect for a romantic beach vacation. There are amazing views of the white-sand beaches and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and you are close to many popular attractions. Comfortable seats in the living area are welcome after a long day of play, and there is a flat-screen television and stereo system for your use. If you want to make meals, there is a flat-top range and plenty of cookware in the kitchen, and a breakfast counter with a pair of stools for quick dining. A bistro table with chairs is close by, plus a table with four chairs is on the balcony where you can enjoy a few meals in the fresh air. Your master bedroom suite provides a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flat screen television, and a bathroom with a sink, vanity counter, and tub-shower combination. Should you have a child or two with you, a pair of appropriately sized bunk beds are in a hallway niche, conveniently close to the half-bath. One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property. \*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. You are close to things without being right in the middle of everything. The walk to the beach is so short and convenient. I absolutely loved that they made it clear in the post that it was a low level room because heights is not something my husband can tolerate. The only other issue we had with the room was the sink stopper in the half bath was broken so it couldn't be raised to allow water to drain. Would recommend staying here. ##### Kurt S. We were right on the beach and could sit on our balcony, watching and listening to the waves. This hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. The suite was cute and clean, the staff were all kind and helpful. (For the best breakfast in town ' visit Hazel's!) Most comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Lots of parking on the upper level, but it's a bit of a squeeze turning onto the ramp that takes you down to street level. We held our breath every time! Ha! SO worth it though! ##### Cheryl C.
