Located just 0.4 miles west of Hwy. 59, in the heart of Gulf Shores. Unit amenities: • Gulf-front balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom • Tile flooring in the living room; luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms • Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; dining area seats six with four additional bar stools • Keurig provided in the second master suite • Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit • Living area with a sofa sleeper • Primary bedroom with king-size bed • Second bedroom with queen-size bed • Third bedroom with king-sized bunk bed (children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk) • Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out • Maximum of two cars allowed • No boats, jet skis, trailers, or recreational vehicles allowed on the property Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited at the pools, fitness center, BBQ area, lobby, elevators, stairwells, and common area walkways. The views were spectacular, the balconies were very nice, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. It wasn’t ideal to have to bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap, but they communicated that we would need to bring those items well ahead of our arrival date so we could plan accordingly. The condo was very quiet with great amenities and the property management company was very responsive and helpful. The double kind bunk bed was really unique! It was a little squeaky, but comfortable. The views were beautiful and having plenty of comfortable seating on the balcony was an added bonus. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for the 5 day stay and was within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas from Suncoast Beach services and they had everything set up and ready to go for us by 8:30 and we didn't have to do any hauling of chairs or umbrellas. The communication from iTrip Vacations was continuous (even including text messages with flag alerts each day), check-in and check-out was seamless and easy, and was overall a great stay. The condo was spacious, great location, amazing views. The kitchen has all of the basics. Plenty of linens/towels. The gym has two treadmills, one wasn’t working when we were there. There are three elliptical trainers and two bikes. Great view from the gym in the mornings. We didn’t use the pool but it was busy every time we walked by. Great stretch of the beach, walking distance to several restaurants and shops. ##### Michelle W. Only complaints are parking is not suitable for larger vehicles, and the elevators don’t work a lot of the time. The kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was the parking. We drove large vehicles and the lower level parking was tight and many times was occupied with smaller cars and trucks.
