The balcony furniture was nice—two tall chairs to see out over the railing. The unit was clean and comfortable. It is close to the one elevator, and we did not have to wait long for it, since this must have been a bit of an off week. It is not a long walk to the beach, either. Our only request would be for a grab bar to be added at the tub area for us seniors! Getting in & out of the tub was a little precarious.
