The location cannot be stressed enough as beach access points are limited. Property is also close to town, activities and grocery stores but away from the high rise congestion. SUMMARY: What makes this really amazing is that is it also on little lagoon, with fantastic water and sunset views, natural landscapes and a beautiful dock for guests that enjoying fishing, crabbing and kayaking. As you step outside onto the very large decks, you'll look directly down onto the pool and pool deck with tables and loungers. The pool has a raised platform where you can set your chair right in the water. WaterSide WEST is a spacious home adjacent to WaterSide EAST with the secluded pool and dock shared by Waterside East and West. The open floor plan combines the kitchen, dining and family room for entertaining and easy views of the large screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, pots, coffee maker pot, a Keurig single , toaster, blender, and stainless refrigerator, flat top oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen also has 10 foot counter space with bar stools. The family area flows out onto a massive deck with outdoor dining, overlooking the pool and beautiful landscape. Enjoy! Note on Pet policy: There is a $250 pet fee (per pet) for the stay. Maximum of 2 pets. The pet fee will be added to the invoice after booking. If any pets are not disclosed, there is a $500 non disclosure fee per pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Pets must be friendly, house broken and not loud. Any damages by a pet must be disclosed prior to departure otherwise and a $300 administrative fee will be added to the repair costs. Please treat our home with respect so that we may continue to offer this for our guests and their 4 legged family members. Note on Supplies: This is a beach rental. Our cleaning staff provides bed linens and bath towels (not beach towels). There are basic (starter level) things provided such as a kitchen trash bag, starter soap and toilet paper roll in each bathroom, one dishwasher detergent, one paper towel roll. You will need these items beyond a few day stay, so plan on bringing or purchasing these items (several stores nearby). Great temperature and clean. Pet friendly- although would be nice to have grass in backyard for pet. Water pressure was lacking in master bedroom shower. Would be nice if there was a stool or bench to shower with. For someone with physical challenges, shower floors were slippery. The light in the MBRM toilet area didn’t work. Also going to top floor would be nice to have handrails all the way up. Overall The facility was great. It was exactly how it’s listed. Though not ADA friendly, which made it difficult in some aspects. There was a musty smell when entering the house. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. We had kids aged 1,3,7,12 and there was something to keep everyone occupied! Loved the pack and play I site one less thing I had to bring. There was also a baby gate we kept at the bottom of the stairs. Plenty of seating for everyone. We used the extra bar top table to put our family vacay puzzle together on. It is at the end of 12th street, with beach access at 12th just a block way. It has a pool and dock on little lagoon with two one person kayaks. We had kids 3,6 and 9 and they were thrilled with the sand toys, fishing stuff and games in the condo. You can just show up and have all kinds of fun. The condo was not as clean as we expected. We had to clean the grill (but the grill was great) and we cooked many meals, there was everything you need to cook but we had clean much of it before use. The return air vents, light switch covers and corners nooks and crannies were crusty and dusty but the A/C was cold, the beds were comfortable and there were lots of places to sit inside and out. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Louis M. 8 juin 2025 This property was not represented as a duplex unit. The pictures show a complete house listing. My whole group could not believe what we were left with when entering property designated East and West units. So we get everything inside with a downbeat and get to the beach for a checkout. That was good. Then all us grownups sit on back porch to enjoy evening and start smelling odors from the southwest which is an overgrown property piece. Well the orders are from a sewage pump lift station for that whole side of the peninsula. We constantly smelled crappy odors all the time outside. I got to talk to two utility workers that come by daily to the pump station. It’s a big deep holding well. This was not disclosed. Another thing our dishes inside were mostly all dirty. Had to hand wash them. The dishwasher needs cleaning probably and checkout. It did not clean well. Anyone looking to stay here needs to ask about the lift station next door and being a duplex. Another thing the owner got upset when I told him about problems. I can’t believe anyone giving this site an excellent rate. Did not think to take photos. ##### Louis M. Perfect location, quiet, and peaceful. The fishing dock was a favorite for my family who loves to fish, and the easy access to the ocean was a major plus. Every about our stay was lovely. The outside, though, leaves a lot to be desired. There are broken lounge chairs everywhere, which seem to be forgotten about. There are weeds completely overtaking the sand area. The pavers are cracked and broken. The pool area is beautiful, as well as the dock. All in all; it was a nice home, but for the price and from photos, I would have expected a little more maitenance. ##### Sara C. We had a special need they took care of We had an outstanding vacation at this Beach House with a refreshing salt water pool. The Gulf was sparklingly clear and warm, and easily accessible to the home. The house slept 12 comfortably and had a huge open space for all 11 of us to gather in the LR and kitchen. The kitchen was very nicely furnished with plenty of room for 3 of us to prepare an occasional full meal. Our family of 11 enjoyed every aspect of the house. We are in our mid-70's, so it was great that we had a BR downstairs; the adult children and Grandblessings loved their privacy upstairs. It's important that I emphasize how kind and helpful the owners are. We had a special ne ed and they took care of it without charge. We eagerly look forward to returning! The how has access to Little lagoon in the back and about 2 blocks walk to the beach in front. The owners have a book with recommended sites and restaurants. We did several outings and beach days. Very laid-back town for a relaxing vacation. I recommend if you fish to pick up poles and a license on your first day. Fishing off the peer in back was fun for all. Only one block from the beautiful beach and just steps from the lagoon. Within walking distance to the beach, to the market, or to a nearby restaurant for a quiet relaxing stay. Jellyfish getting in the way of your beach experience? No worries!!! This property has a gorgeous saline pool. We pretty much lived in it all week.
