You'll have quick beach access, with nearby shopping and dining. The sugar white sands of the Gulf Highlands are only a short walk away, along with seaside dining at the Sassy Bass Grill. Fort Morgan is a nine-mile drive west, with a historic Civil War fortress to explore and access to Dauphin Island via the Mobile Bay Ferry. Meanwhile, Gulf Shores' shops and restaurants are 15 miles to the east. Things to know: Guests will have access to six outdoor pools on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4\. Some shared amenities may be subject to a small resort fee. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The bad news - this condo needs a thorough cleaning - the baseboards are filthy - vents are full of dust - the floors were not clean - if you are paying for cleaning they should be paying attention to detail!! Elevator was OUT OF SERVICE and never got fixed: we were on the third floor. If my mom would have come with us, I don't know what we would have done. She can't do stairs!
