Top floor (3 flights of stairs, no elevator) Parking: This condo has its own designated parking space marked 504 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. The vehicles must not protrude out in the driving area or past the above walkway. Common Areas: Gazebo Grills Picnic Tables Rules: Check in time 3pm Check out time 10 am No Smoking or Vaping in the condo No Pets in the condo Minimum Age to rent 25 The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach. Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway. Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor. This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. It is located beside the beach side end unit, on the top floor in the east building. We do have great views of the gulf from each bedroom. We’ve stayed at the Beach Front numerous times. This year we had a professional photographer meet us at the community for family portraits. She has years of experience and commented on the great location and how perfect it was for pictures. It has a great gazebo, direct beach access, a boardwalk, flowers, and all kinds of personality. Our host was a fantastic communicator. There were some questions when we first arrived and she was super quick to reply. You can’t beat the location. It is quite, not in the heart of all the traffic but close enough to all the restaurants and shopping that you are not driving more than 5-6 minutes to everything. We will be back year after year… season after season. We appreciate host that are so quick to respond to your needs. Our host, Deana was responsive and kind. The only glitch was Dish TV (Wally) only worked in master bedroom. We tried to connect but gave up and just watched our personal Netflix in living room. FYI- if you can't do stairs, no elevator and it is 31 steps up to unit. Easy climb with landings and steps are not steep. We hope to return. Such a beautiful beach! Great location convenient to restaurants and shops. They supplied a starter of supplies(paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps) that was perfect till we were ready to shop for more! The property and location was great, we loved being steps from the beach and having our private entrance with a fresh water hose to rinse off with each time!The only cons were the couch and a missing coffee pot. The couch was really worn out and not very comfortable, in my opinion, it is time for a new one. Also, all beds are extremely hard/firm, my boys didn't seem to mind, but I'm glad I brought my egg crate mattress topper. To their defense, I always travel with it, this mamma needs it! ##### Monica D. Go downstairs and the beach is right there. Enjoyed the gazebo overlooking the beach and providing an opportunity to meet other residents. Mostly you had it all to your self though. The beach is beautiful and we even saw dolphins. Appreciated the free parking underneath the building and they even provided a hose to wash of salt/sand of your car. Our unit had everything we needed. There is no direct view to the beach except from the bedrooms, but the beach is right there to enjoy! Highly recommend! ##### Ann S.
