Check in process was quick and easy. Had an issue w/wifi not connecting, customer service was very responsive. WiFi connection was restored within 36-48hrs. Clean condo. Smelled good. Kitchen was furnished with everythimg we needed if we wanted to cook. There were a couple of things they could improve on. There were no extra blankets or throws. It would also be nice if they would have coffee filters there so u didn't have to go buy them . Also I have never stayed anywhere that didn't at least have one extra roll of toilet paper under each bathroom sink. Be prepared to have to buy some essentials.. used the pool and it was very nice. A few things that were not mentioned: They only provide 1 parking pass, if you bring more than one vehicle you have to drive to the main office 15 minutes away and pay $63 for it.
