The VRBO description states a gym and tennis court are on site. When we arrived it was raining and the beaches were closed due to riptides so we decided to work out and that is when we discovered the facility does not have a gym or tennis court. It basically sits in the water it’s so close to the ocean! It’s a whole 10 minute walk to the hangout and even closer to a number of restaurants, a market, and a liquor store. The pool was clean and the common areas were also clean. Ice on the premises so you never run out! Only downside was there was only 1 parking pass for a seemingly empty parking lot. The security guard allowed us to pay another $40 to park another car though. Overall great experience and would book again! ##### Quade N.
