No large, oversized vehicles. 6'8" maximum height. Parking is available across the street for a fee if your vehicle is too large. \*\*\*Beginning 5/19/25 and projected to last through the end of summer, there will be some construction in the complex. While we don't expect too much of an impact, there may be times where there is some noise. Work will not begin prior to 8am and will be completed by 6pm daily. At this time, we are not anticipating any parking implications, though beach access will be diverted slightly. \*\*During the month of June, there will be some disruption to parking. Only one parking spot will be guaranteed. The condo worked perfectly for the two of us. The condo is in an ideal location, on a quiet beach area and yet not too far from restaurants. The only thing I would change is maybe a larger coffee maker and some sharp knives. We loved this condo. ##### Larry B. Great location from Walmart and restaurants. We love this condo because it’s not a high rise bldg so less people. You can just walk out the back onto the sand. The price was reasonable because we don’t like to come during hot summer months. The condo was well stocked in kitchen. They had everything I needed to cook. I loved the location and the connecting beach was gorgeous. I would stay again. My only complaint was that we called when we first got there because of some bulbs being burnt out in our room and they never came to replace them . So it was kind of dark at night all week. Other than that small issue it was wonderful. ##### Nora J. The kitchen supplies cooking equipment were terrible everything stuck to the pans including bacon! There were no dressers in the rooms or anywhere to even put your suitcase.. we will never go back to this unit.. ##### Mary O.
