THIRD floor makes it feel like you are on the beach! How and where do we start to describe to guests about what they can expect at this coastal beach condo in the heart of Gulf Shores? First of all, you will enjoy terrific ocean views from the large corner balcony. Our condo is well positioned to have both a great view of the beach as well as the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is perfectly positioned and perfect for night sky star gazing and daytime dolphin spotting. Another plus about this unit is that it is on the third floor, just one floor above the second floor parking deck. If you don't want to have to use the elevator you just have one flight of stairs and you are there. The condo is comfortably furnished and flooded with natural light from the east facing wall of windows. The bedrooms are a split design with each having an attached bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed and opens on to the balcony and that gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a table with 4 chairs and there are even more stools for additional seating. Building amenities include a weight/exercise room with recently purchased equipment, a family game room with pool table, sauna, and indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub. We also own Crystal Shores #802\. Place was clean and was sufficient expect for a few things. Couldn’t get the ice maker to produce any ice after numerous attempts. 7 for a bag of ice. There are no blinds or curtains on the main sliding glass doors which we thought to be strange. No privacy what so ever at night. Didn’t spend much time in main living space because of this. Garbage disposal made a very loud noise when turned on. There is not very good water pressure in kitchen faucet so we thought maybe that was why it was so loud. The condo had a storage spot for beach chairs so that everything didn’t have to be lugged back up each day, which was great. The beach wasn’t overly crowded, even for the busy summer months. The condo was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient for dining and entertainment. Danielle was amazing with communication and explained everything in detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this property! It was right on the beach with great access and amenities, and also was in a good walkable location. (Mom, Dad, 2 teen boys). From the boys, we loved the on site gym so, we could get our pump on before hitting the beach. Us parents loved the amazing view of the gulf and beach. Perfectly shaded balcony in the evening which made for great people watching, dolphins watching, and cocktails. The condo has everything you need to have a wonderful stay and is perfectly located in Gulf Shores. Plenty of restaurants and attractions near by. Never would I thought that an on site ice vending machine would make a huge difference but, that was an amazing surprise. Load the coolers, grab a bag of ice from the vending machine on the ground level, and head down to the beach. Easy peasy!! Amazing host who responded almost immediately to any questions I had as visitors to Gulf Shores. Highly recommend and we will be back very soon. ##### nicholas h.
