GORGEOUS LUXURY CONDO, 30 FOOT WALL OF GLASS! SPECTACULAR VIEWS. Fully equipped

Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Large condo on the 11th floor of Sanibel Condos. This condo has awesome views of the Gulf through the 30 foot wall of glass, opening up to the fresh salt air that the beach has to offer. The back side of the condo has the beautiful view of the Lagoon. I am Reese, a Retired Registered Nurse and there is no better place to be! White Sandy beaches and Emerald water. The furniture is high end and is very comfortable. The living room has two leather sofas. l feel like it makes your stay even more enjoyable. The Master Bedroom has a King, the guest bedroom has a queen, and a set of bunk beds with a weight limit of 150 pounds. The bathrooms have double sinks and are spacious for your comfort with plush towels ready for your use. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked including a food processor, 2 types of coffee makers, blender, mixer and toaster, the little things that make the difference. Kitchen towels, paper towels, trash bags and basic soap starters provided. We provide a rolling cooler, rolling cart, beach chairs and lots of toys that are in the balcony storage container.
Don't you crave that sand in your toes and the incredible sunsets? Booking now, **in JUNE & JULY, you must leave either no gap between your dates and other bookings, or a 3 night gap or longer since we have a 3-night minimum. Ask if you're not sure. **Come try out this fresh condo on 11th floor with unsurpassed panoramic views, and all new furniture, beds and paint! This is a beauty condo and so are our beaches. I love the Emerald Coast with its squeaky white sand and emerald-green waters. My dream has come true and it can be your vacation dream come true also! Enjoy the Pelicans from your balcony as you enjoy the breathtaking view. Take your flip flops off and put your toes in the water, mine will be! This condo is just 2.5 miles west of the Hangout on the popular West Beach. Many restaurants and bars within 1-2 miles and 30 plus within 5 minute drive.
Adult Pool, kiddie pool, work out room, sauna, 2 piers for fishing and located by the Lagoon pass within walking distance. Perfect location to meet the enjoyment of all in your party. You will love this 5 star condo and return visits are normal. I have a lot of repeat guest! There is a guest book with everyone's favorite eateries and deserts. Great activities including 'OWA' water park, Gulf Shores Zoo and Boardwalk, Huge fishing pier, Pensacola Naval Air Museum, Fort Morgan Park and many others. The Blue Angels use the beach as a practice flight quiet often. So exciting to see the action on the beach whether it is the Blue Angels, dolphins, even recent whale spottings as of 2025. The excitement of finding that special sea shell, watching Sunrise or Sunset on the beach are memories that last a lifetime. Come enjoy my special place. The view was spectacular, it did not disappoint. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you'll need to cook with. Plenty of towels, wash cloths in bathrooms, along with blow dryer. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. ... We had an amazing week and would recommend this place for anyone to stay!

Larisse is a fantastic host!! The condo is exactly as she described it. Beautiful! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including three kinds of coffee makers. The beds are comfy. Beautiful place to stay!!

We had the very best time at this condo. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. The beach is a short walk and perfect views! The only reason for the 4 stars on the description was because the info says 1 bathroom but there are actually 2 full baths and 1 half bath. It was actually in the written description but not the listing with bed bath ratio. Everything else was amazing!!! Thank you for sharing it with us.

Great host!

We had an amazing stay! Check-in was smooth and on time, and we were even offered an early check-in, which was a great bonus. The house was fantastic—stocked with everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach day. The pool was incredible, and the entire experience, from booking to check-out, was effortless. Highly recommend!

Amazing View

From first opening the door we realized that this view is exactly why we booked this condo. We knew the building set back from the Gulf and wasn’t sure if that is what we wanted but location couldn’t have been better. The 11th floor is up enough nothing blocks the view and we loved looking at the beach houses below us when we were on the balcony. It was also on a quieter road and by having the beach houses instead of high rise buildings you could see the Gulf as we drove along our road. Loved that. The condo was homey and really loved the beach feel inside. Having covered parking was great, elevators were very fast and there were also carts to load your luggage and stuff on. Beach is just a couple minute walk. We would definitely recommend staying at Reese’s place - she was super! Gulf on the front balcony and bay on back balcony - doesn’t get better. We would love to go back!

Beyond expectations!

Reece's Retreat was a phenomenal experience, from start to finish. Her communication was fast, friendly and helpful. The place and its views were even better than expected! We absolutely loved the condo and all the extra touches that made it feel like a beach home. I look forward to a return visit!

The stay was amazing. The condo decorated great and lots of amenities. The view is outstanding and the balcony with the sunrise and sunset is beautiful! Close to everything. We were looking for a place to stay at Gulf Shores, Alabama on a short notice get away. We saw the windows and the view of the water and that sold us. We usually do not like staying in a multi level building but there are two elevators to use that give you a view of the canal behind as you were going up and down. We found that staying on that level gave us a view of the water that we would not have had if we would have stayed in a single or two story building because of the buildings that are on the beach.Anything that you could think you might need was present. There were books, movies, internet, coffee pots, plenty of towels, amazing amount of anything you may need in the kitchen to cook any meal you may want.. It is located near restaurants and the beach access is across the street.The view was just amazing. To be able to see the beach and the water from any place in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Standing there washing dishes and looking at the water was fantastic. (there is a dishwasher but we didn't use it)We enjoyed the deck sitting in the chairs and reading books and enjoying the views.The sunrise and sunset was amazing. It was the perfect place to stay and it was an enjoyable experience. We plan on returning to this perfect place.

Our stay at Reese’s place was far beyond our expectations. The view was incredible!! That alone made the whole trip worth it. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend if you are coming to Gulf Shores!

The property far exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently close to everything. However it seemed quiet as well. The view was beautiful. We plan to return in the near future. Would highly recommend this for a family or anyone wanting to relax and recharge.

Graduation Trip/Mini Vacation

I can’t rave enough about this place! Reese was in communication with me from the moment I booked. The hospitality, the apartment, and the location was phenomenal. My family and I booked this condo to be close to my graduation venue, as well as a little mini vacation while we were down there. The beach was right across the street. The condo came equipped with everything you need. Beach toys (which I left ours), beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, even a wagon to haul everything. The view is incredible. I was able to watch the sunrise and sunset all from the balcony. If you’re debating whether or not to book this place, I’m here to tell you that you should! You won’t regret it.

So worth the drive

We traveled from south east Michigan to Gulf Shores. It was a long drive to be sure, but so worth the travel time. The condo was just as described/depicted…absolutely beautiful. Reese (the condo owner) has paid time and detail to the condo to assure her guests will enjoy a worry free vacation during their time in Gulf Shores. We highly recommend Reese and her beautiful home.

First Beach Trip

My son's first beach trip was a success thanks to this sweet place. We had the best time and it was a short commute to the beach access across the street. This place had beach chairs, a beach proof wagon and all the safety vests you could need for the littles, so needless to say we over packed. I would make sure to shop for paper plates, toliet paper and papertowels, as well as, dish detergent and laundry detergnet if planning to utilize those commodities. There was no check in point so you just gather all your things and head on up! It was a great expirience over all.

Amazing Views and Comfort

Everything that listed and shown online is true and accurate. Beach access is literally across the street and Reese's Retreat has everything that you need for the beach! Kids loved boogie boarding every day. Communication from owner was top notch and very informative. Would recommend to anyone to stay at Reese's Retreat!

We booked this condo for our first ever family beach get away and it was everything that we expected! All of the pictures posted online were realistic and accurate, the condo was so clean, easy access, less than a two minute walk to the beach. We had no problems with checking in or out thanks to Reese and her attention to detail. If we did have any questions she was easily available and answered promptly. Would definitely book again!

Relaxing Trip

Great location! Easy walk to beach. Loved the balcony and walk of windows. Condo had everything we needed. Really appreciated beach gear that was available to use. Made flying in for a last minute beach vacation super easy. We will definitely be back.
