Our code didn't work, but we were assisted immediately and everything else was smooth after. Also, you may want to take a mattress topper for the twin bunk beds as my 10 year old son complained about feeling the springs of the mattresses. However, my 8 year old daughter slept in hers the entire night. Other than that, everything was great!!! Everything was clean!!! All of the staff were nice!!! We had a great time!!!
