This cozy comfortable 2 BR 1 Bath Condo, located along the Gulf of Mexico and just steps from the white sandy beach, offers everything you need for a memorable vacation! This recently updated & elegant beachside complex is the perfect getaway for couples or small families looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf right outside your front door. Beach essentials like beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels are provided to assure you have an AMAZING beach experience! There are also a grocery/convenience store, ice cream parlor, seafood market and restaurant right across the street. The pool is heated all year and includes a hot tub. We provide parking for ONE VEHICLE ONLY in the assigned parking space for #208\. The pass must be on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times. If you have an additional vehicle there are 3 non-dedicated visitors parking spots that are available on a first come first serve basis. You will not be disappointed, and I would love to Host you in my condo! Everything was as described and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and the short walk to the beach. If you don’t like stairs this is not the place for you. If you don’t mind, it is well worth the climb for the view alone! A few tips: if you are picky about your frying pan bring your own and also bring your own beach chairs and umbrella.
