This beautiful 15th-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. As a guest, you’ll have access to three pools—two outdoor and one indoor—plus a hot tub and a fitness center. The Lagoon side features the indoor pool, one outdoor pool, and a hot tub, while the Gulf side boasts another outdoor pool, accessible via a covered walkway. Inside, the condo is designed for comfort, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, and TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. An elevator provides easy access to both the beach walkway and your unit. Crystal Tower’s prime location puts you close to amusement parks, zip-lining, fishing, golfing, and more. It’s just 6.8 miles from Gulf Shores Sports Complex, 8.5 miles from the Orange Beach Sportsplex, and 11.5 miles from the Foley Sportsplex and OWA Amusement Park. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this condo is your ideal home away from home! Rates per vehicle: • $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay). • Free from Day 4-7. • $5/day from Day 8 onward. • Winter Rate Cap (Nov–Mar): Max $60 per stay. Things to know • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old • Please note that the north side pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed due to the scheduled post-tension repair project. The work is expected to take approximately two weeks, weather permitting. During this period, balcony access will be restricted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for units in the 07 stack (Units 1207-207) and the 06 stack (Units 1206-206) due to potential falling debris and concrete chipping. Indoor and south side pools will remain open, and all floors and units will remain accessible. The schedule is subject to change, and weekend work may be required. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve the property. House rules • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. However, I would not stay in this particular unit again. We had to rewash all towels upon our arrival, as they smelled of mildew/sour. The unit was not cleaned to my expectation, with a dirty countertop and sand on the floor upon our arrival. Most disappointing though, was the sliding door to the balcony that would not open. While Hosteeva did send maintenance, it was never fixed during our stay (balcony access was one of the very reasons we chose this unit). Again, Chrystal Tower is a great spot, but I wouldn’t choose this unit again. ##### Ashley W.
