The full kitchen is a culinary haven, fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials to make meal preparation a breeze. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a family dinner, the kitchen accommodates your every need.  
  
Both bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, providing tranquil spaces for rest and rejuvenation. Each room offers a cozy retreat, perfect for unwinding after exploring the nearby beach.  
  
Outside, the property shines with its amenities. A private balcony offers a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets. The BBQ area invites you to grill up your favorite meals, while the outdoor pool provides a refreshing escape on warm days.

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”

• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.  
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.  
• Suitable for children (2-12 years).  
• Suitable for infants (under 2 years).  
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.  
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.  
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.  
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

#### Great Beach House

We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores for 30 years, sometimes multiple times per year. This house is new and updated with plenty of space. Large kitchen, large bedrooms with full bathrooms and a bonus 3rd full bathroom on the main level. It has a great little porch too. The parking under the house was outstanding and had a hose and shower head to rinse off after the beach. Beach access is easy, just a short walk through the little complex, cross the street and you’re there. We enjoyed our stay and will include this in our short list of places to stay.
