Feel the thrill at The Track – Gulf Shores, where go-karts, mini golf, and rides promise fun for the whole family. And of course, no trip is complete without sinking your toes into the soft white sands and strolling hand-in-hand along the Gulf State Park Pier, breathing in that refreshing ocean breeze.  
  
After a day full of sunshine and excitement, come back to your cozy condo and kick back in the inviting living area. Stretch out on the sofa for a quick nap or stream your favorite shows together. When it’s time to eat, the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up a delicious homemade meal or a quick beach-day snack.  
  
At Colony Club, relaxation is always within reach. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, unwind in the hot tub, or simply enjoy a quiet evening on the patio as the sun sets in shades of gold and pink.

Parking  
• Guests must check in at the office onsite to purchase parking passes. Passes are $25 each.  
• If you arrive after hours, you may check in the next morning.  
Things to know  
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.   
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.  
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”   
• Yellow wristbands are in the condo for your use. They must be worn or visible for all members of your party when you go to the pool.  
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.  
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.  
House rules  
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.  
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.  
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.  
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.  
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.  
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
