The updated and well-stocked kitchen is equipped with every culinary amenity. The dining area has room for the family, whether you are enjoying a meal or having fun with puzzles or games. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and a private bathroom. The private and updated master bath has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 will sleep 2 guests in a queen-sized bed and comes with a ceiling fan and television. Bedroom 3 will sleep 4 guests and also features a ceiling fan and a television. There is a hall bathroom for guests to share with a tub/shower combo. The outdoor living space boasts a large open deck with furniture and the best views around! On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan! Rental Age Policy We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25\.
