It could definitely use a deep cleaning, under furniture, blinds, baseboards look to have never been touched. Other than that the condo itself was great. The property management company was TERRIBLE. I had to call on the evening of check in for an issue, it was after hours and the girl that answered was just plain rude and No help at all. Parking is absolutely awful at this condo, even with the additional parking across the hwy. If you leave at dinner expect parking to be gone when you return and good luck finding a new spot. We were told we could park up the street at the property management office and walk. The beaches were nice but the pool was disgusting. We spoke with the staff at the condo and the pool company that came daily and nothing changed (I tried to speak with the property mgmt company, with no response). The water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom, with a daily pool service you would expect a clear pool with correct chemical levels.
