Beautiful and well stocked 1276 sq. ft. Beach Front Condo with a huge balcony overlooking the breathtaking Gulf and another balcony with amazing views of Gulf Shores and the Lagoon.

2 Master Suites - each with King beds, full private baths and wonderful balcony views! The 3rd bedroom is a kids dream come true with 2-triple bunk beds that sleeps 6 and an attached full bath. Also has a very comfortable Memory Foam Queen-sized Sleeper Sofa.

Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Secure onsite parking - pass required.

Our family loves Island Royale because of its beautiful location right on the Gulf, Heated indoor/outdoor swim-through pool and the fact that it has 2 large hot tubs, (one indoor and one outdoor). The splash pad for the little ones is a treat too. Other amenities include a Sauna, Steam Room, Workout Room, and Library all on the 3rd floor.

Was a very nice unit with a wonderful view. We had twelve people with plenty of room. Very clean and had everything ready when arrived. Would recommend it to anyone who has several younger children.

Awesome place!

It was perfect and had everything you need! Set up was amazing and bunk beds perfect for teenagers! Had hooks to hang towels and beach bags on! All the chairs, umbrellas and beach stuff you need! I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again! We walked several places to eat, shop and eat ice cream!

Well equipped condo with spectacular views and convenient access

The property was exactly as pictured and described. We loved this condo complex as it had a relatively small number of units keeping crowds lower than other places. This unit itself had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, cook meals, and enjoy our family time down on the coast.

4th July Vacation

This place is amazing, we, 4 adults over age of 50 and 2 20 year olds, stayed the week of 4th July. The kitchen had everything need from pots and pans to kitchen gadgets. We watched fireworks from balcony. We had great sun in morning and shade in afternoon. Could rent beach chairs from ikes if wanted but condo had 8 beach chairs and boogie boards, floats and toys for you. All rooms had own tvs, that worked.. each seperate bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Security on site was great, Joe was helpful with ice cream choices. Pool and spa was clean. Joan was easy to connect with if anything came up. Loved this place and will be back!! 5 super stars..

Great family getaway

Our group had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the triple bunk room was perfect for our kids! This is a little thing but i appreciated the hooks everywhere for hanging towels and wet bathing suits. Joan was very responsive and helpful the one time I reached out. We never had to wait on elevators and the beach is close proximity to the building. The pools were never overcrowded and my 2 year old loved the baby pool. Joe, the security guard, was very friendly! I would highly recommend a stay at this condo.

Almost everything about this location was perfect! It was clean, homelike and offered just about everything to make us comfortable. Communication was flawless and helped prepare us for the stay. We had a great time. Only issue was we really missed the table featured in the pictures.

We often travel with our extended family and this place was absolutely perfect for all of us! The location was amazing. The condo was as completely stocked with everything that we needed and more. Condo with Amazing View

This condo was clean and had amazing views of the ocean. We enjoyed the large table and chairs on the balcony for meals and relaxing. Our party included 5 adults and 4 children, the condo was roomy and we didn’t feel crowded. We also enjoyed the balcony closet that had a variety of sand toys, chairs etc., nice to not have to bring our own.

Amazing location & condo

Our family had plenty of space to relax, eat and enjoy. The view was spectacular. The condo was set up well with everything we needed for cooking and laundry plus recreation including beachfront access, pool, hot tub, etc. We loved the tasteful decor and feel of the place. Our host was very responsive and even helped us locate a fishing charter. Our family agrees we hope to stay here again.
