Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Jul 7, 2020 #### Stained room, good view The room was outdated and the furniture was stained. There were two pairs of underwear left in the room (under bed and in closet). One blanket in the closet had what appeared to be blood stains. The curtains were stained and broken. The old tv was replaced in the guest room. It only plays DVDs. The fridge is rusty on the outside. The carpet is old and stained. The wallpaper is peeling. Two chairs were broken on the balcony. The view was a great side view of the beach. It is a close walk to the beach. The restaurant was not good. They messed up our order 3 times. There are not close restaurants or grocery stores besides this. The beach wasn't too crowded. The room served its purpose. I think it could be easily updated. It appeared to have been cleaned, but it was stained. ##### Christopher D.
