Each kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, TWO fridges, and two icemakers. Other great features include a sundeck area and covered porch, central air/heat, washer/dryer, televisions, cable, DVD players, and telephone service with free long distance. Towel service is available. There are community grills right across from the home. Please note: this home is absolutely beachfront. It is located right on the gulf, with nothing between you and the gulf except the sand dunes. However, as with many areas on the gulf, you CANNOT walk directly from the back of this home to the water because of the protected dunes. They serve a very important role in protecting the homes, and harboring wildlife, and walking over them is not allowed as it breaks them down. However, there is a nice wide boardwalk right off our little private cul de sac (in fact, right by the closest of the pools which is ALSO right on our cul de sac, 2 homes over, so "right there"). This short boardwalk takes you directly to the beach/water, and, as a bonus, is great for folks who may have mobility concerns or may be lugging stuff in wagons or what have you! :-) PLANTATION RESORT. AMENITIES GALORE! The ā€œGulf and Golfā€ is located in the Plantation resort, next to the beautiful 18 hole Kiva Dunes Championship Golf Course. And our time there. It was great weather and we spent the majority of our time on the beach. The house was perfect. So much room and had everything we needed. The location is perfect also. This house is in a prime location, and the view was spectacular! The walk to the boardwalk and pool was easy, and my family enjoyed our time so much. This was a very nice place for a big group as it easily slept 19 people.... it was a perfect size and comfortably fit everyone. The area is nice and clean with an amazing location as well. The house is within a resort, but has a neighborhood feel since it is not by the condos. We appreciate that the guard station staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed many of the neighborhood amenities including the fitness center and hot tub. It met our needs perfectly. The resort was excellent and a great benefit to our stay. The pools, the hot tub, the beach access were perfect. Close enough to all the main tourist spots and far enough away to not be too crowded. The home itself is very spacious and set up with everything our family needed. There was even Roku TV in almost every room for the down time. The boardwalk beach access is just two houses over so super convenient. It was aslo great to have use of the swimming pools, exercise room, tennis courts and other amenities of the complex while staying so close to the beach. ##### Matt M. We loved our stay! Big enough for a comfortable stay for 10 adults and 10 kids. Just a short walk to the pool or beach. It was very quiet at the end of the culdesac, and beautiful views of the beach every morning. Also the large master closets worked great as bedrooms for babies in pack-n-plays. There were lots of stairs, and while they did provide baby gates, they weren't functional, so if you have littles, consider that. Overall, would rent again! ##### Blake F. Appreciated the cleaning products for kitchen and laundry- nice touch. I would give some better instructions on how to use the door lock. Code was initially a problem but even then, if management company hadn't told me to put my palm across the entire lock face to get the numbers to show up I wouldn't have known how to work it. We had a group of 18, (10 adults 8 kids ages from 16yr-4yrs old.) The house was very clean on arrival and plenty of seating and beds to accommodate a large number. The kitchen was well equipped with supplies. The company sent advanced emails with check in and out information that you need. The pool and beach area was within very short walking distance, they offer so many amenities in this location itā€™s truly amazing for all ages! Itā€™s extremely quiet location (no road sound or sires) minimum vehicle movement w the houses near by and even when we had neighbors it was still peaceful! The family loves tennis, so the tennis and pickleball courts right on the property was a welcome bonus. We also enjoyed relaxing in the several pools as well as access to the workout room. The winner is the beach. This seems to be a less crowded area of Fort Morgan. Even though we were there during peak summer season, the beach never felt crowded. Beach access is just a short walk from this unit. This property is exactly as described with a wonderful view right on the beach. We saw wild animals in the dunes between the house and the coast. Excellent communication with the property owner. There was one slight problem where we couldn't find the access keys for the gym and bands for pool, but that was quickly resolved. The complex was great for the entire family. Some didn't want to go to the beach, so the pools worked out for them. The gym was there for others who work out. I wish it was closer to the beach., But that's not a deal breaker. Could have had a little more attention to detail as far as cleaning, but it wasn't dirty by any means. The upstairs AC struggled to keep up, especially at night when everyone was trying to sleep. We had a couple issues that the management took care of fairly promptly. Overall it was a good stay. The family enjoyed it a great deal. We would book it again simply because it just fit everyone so well. ##### Stephen K. We had a great week & loved the house. Everything was clean & in good order. I contacted the management company twice & they were very responsive! We couldn't find the wi- fi password initially & the TV in the living room only had 2 channels. They sent someone out first thing Tuesday morning to fix the cable. I will say that I think your dish towels/cloths & Rubbermaid containers have "walked off". We barely had enough towels& washcloths for our crew so we used lots of paper towels to dry & wash dishes. It is a lovely condoā€¦and we especially loved being right on the beach. Everyone felt your home was GREAT!....This is very important!!!---My daughter in law was arrived first and she commented that she was afraid to walk in because the condo WAS SO CLEAN!!!! Your people there did a great job with everything! Haleigh was especially WONDERFUL! She is absolutely one of the best we have seen...We are VERY Impressed! Your team was there taking care of the discolored water before we even noticed it. Also, they were back from time to time to keep checking on itā€¦and anything else they felt needed looking after. We appreciated their professional attention. Unfortunately, we can't book ahead and "bounceback" yet as we are working with a son and daughter-in-law who teach in different cities, and we never know ahead what dates their next year Spring Breaks will be but believe me we will reach out to Bama Beach Houses for our return--we would love to save the money!
