The kitchen is large but very sparsely stocked in regards to utensils and everyday items. We enjoyed eating on the screened in porch and loved that we could bring the dogs! Master bed (the only one we used as a party of 2) was very comfortable. All appliances worked satisfactorily, and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. We loved the back deck and just enjoying the view with our dog. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi router, but property management came immediately and reset it. Apr 10, 2024 #### Beautiful home so close the the ocean We had a wonderful time here. It is very close to the ocean. It was very peaceful. I was able to bring my dog which made the trip more fun. The house is very nice, with great views. There is a nice screened in porch for shade. All three bedrooms open up to the deck and have the amazing ocean view. The appliances were very nice as was the rest of the house. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. We only found a couple very minor things we would have liked to be different (torn screens on the sliding glass doors, no gas for the grill, and some deck boards that are loose). Home was rundown, screens missing on porch, door missing, electrical sockets and plugs broken and covers missing, broken microwave and freezer door handle, broken patio furniture , dirty furniture, no towels and washcloths until day 2, backed up kitchen sink +18 hours so could not cook or use dishwasher. Wi-Fi was not working and terrible phone reception. 2 fisherman also planted themselves in front of our house with tons of fishing gear/ poles/ carts until we asked them to move. Two kinds exist at this location- large roaches that are associated with damp rotten wood( house walls) and the smaller house roach. We cleaned and kept everything sealed and picked up but every evening it was like a major event. Very disappointed. I would like to know if we ever booked again that the house was bug free. The furniture was so dirty I had to put sheets over it so my granddaughter could lay on it. There was a review that brought it to the property managers attention who rented it before we did and I thought for sure it would be taken care of but it wasn't. The microwave handle was broken off and put in a draw. The stove dials were so worn off you could not see how low or high the burners were on. We could not find the TV remote and the internet went out after the first day we were there and everyone else around us had internet. Property management said it was a problem with internet provider but it was out all week and we had a member of our party that needed to work. The grill is very old looking and the handle was broken. We were afraid to try to turn it on to grill. The property management did finally send someone out on July 4th, two days before we left to fix the microwave handle and grill handle. Never stayed in touch about status of internet. Could not fin the TV remote but it didn't matter because of no internet. I would never rent this place again.
