Branyon Backcountry Trail - Rosemary Dunes Trailhead. This beach charmer is all about relaxation. Spend tranquil evenings watching an entertaining show or movie on the TV with cable, reading your favorite novels, or enjoying a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool under the condo. When you are not trying the area's wonderful restaurants, you can always surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all the major appliances, even a stacked washer/dryer that will make your stay even more convenient. The main floor houses two bedrooms, one of them being the primary suite with a TV and an en suite bathroom. A spiral staircase leads you to the loft, which features two beds, a table and two chairs, and a TV. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I usually use other options but decided to give them a try. The pictures listed were very deceptive. The location was great with in walking distance of food and shopping but the parking lot is small and you can’t even read the numbers. The place was small and the beds were hard. They did not clean up from the last guest so there were dishes in the dishwasher and hair in the beds. My son had cookie crumbs in his bed. The master bedroom has a tiny shower you can barely turn around in. There is mold all over the outside tiles leading into the shower. That was the most run down filthy place I have ever stayed in. The spiral metal staircase is also a hazard. We tied a plastic bag on the bag to cover the metal coming through. The beds upstairs had blood stains on the pillow cases. I contacted property management for assistance and the never came to assist with the issues. I did not stay . Ruined our family spring break . ##### Monica M. A few steps away from the beach and very close to restaurants and attractions. Upon entry of the unit, there was a strong smell of moisture and mold. The unit is very outdated. They have only updated the flooring on the lower level and added paint. Further inspection we found half eaten burritos in the night stands between the beds upstairs. None of the TVs worked and we could not connect to the wifi.
