Beach Club C202 has everything your family needs! From this second floor condo, you will enjoy a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony! Relax in the beautiful Gulf Side Catalina pool and hot tub or stroll down the boardwalk to the endless beach far from the crowds. The owner is a member of The Clubhouse, so guests may access amenities, see details below. The king master bedroom privately adjoins the master bath. The half bath is located in the hall area and is convenient for all. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The appliances are full size and includes a dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and can opener are provided. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the utility area. Bed, sofa sleeper, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Bring your beach towels. A "One Day" supply of these basic items are stocked for your convenience: paper towels, dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, trash bag, toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please bring your make up removal wipes to preserve the linen. Without additional fees, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower and you may patron the fine dining restaurant and bar, with outdoor dining, located on the second floor of The Clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of The Clubhouse. Also, you may patron the casual sports bar and restaurant, ice cream/coffee bar, and the beach supply and apparel shop near the entrance of the property. Seasonally, a tram runs throughout the property, but you may enjoy the scenic walk and stop off a very nice playground with slides and swings. Bring your bicycles or pack a basketball; there is a basketball goal on the West end of the property. Also, you may rent beach loungers, pay for parasailing and other activities on the beach at the club desk. Loungers with umbrella rental prices vary based on the number of setups and days rented. However, inexpensive beach chairs and items can be purchased locally, but are not supplied by the owner. The owner of C202 is a member of The Club, so the clubhouse private amenities are available with a daily fee which is to be paid in person at The Club Desk for the days you choose, if any. The price varies based on the number of days used, but usually averages about $35.00 per day per condo, not per person. Enjoy a Gulf View from the club's private amenities: Indoor pool, outdoor community pool with seasonal entertainment, hot tub, tiki bar and grill, and fitness center. The private amenities, also, include access to the luxurious separate ladies and gentlemen locker rooms with showers and saunas, world class clay tennis courts, children's activities, other poolside events and use of basketballs for the courts. The rug, throw pillow, and couch looked dirty and cheap. The curtains in the bedroom were cheap, and the light in the outside hallway was so bright it was awful. We hung sheets over the window to help. There was no dining table, and some of the silverware was dirty. I wouldn't stay in this room again, but I would highly recommend The Beach Club. ##### Angie S. We have stayed at several different units on the property in each of the buildings. This unit itself is dated, and is in need of some improvements. Nice relaxing location to spend spring break with family. Beach was close which made it easy for my mom to walk to beach and enjoy the trip. Condo was nice and clean and comfortable. ##### Maria P.
