SMOKE FREE: Doral Tower Owners declared the tower to be SMOKE FREE. No smoking on balconies, no smoking inside condo, no smoking in the Doral Common areas. The Beach Club Doral 1606 is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath luxury condo on the 16 floor with a private balcony & a Direct Gulf View from the living, dining, kitchen area and the master bedroom! The Doral tower is located "Right on the Beach" at an upscale resort with a sugar white sand endless beach! As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the four sparkling pools with hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers, three boardwalks with showers that leads to the sugar sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, playground, basketball court and may patron the fine casual dining restaurant at the clubhouse with a full bar & Gulf View or indulge in a massage at the salon & spa at the clubhouse and patron the sports bar and grill, souvenir & beach attire, ice cream & coffee bar near the entrance of the resort at no additional cost. The owner is a member of the Clubhouse and you may pay a daily fee of $45 per condo, not per person, for the days you choose, payable at the club desk: A state-of-the-art fitness center, game room with free games, and elegant indoor pool with Gulf Views, adjoining luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill and access to seven Rubicon clay tennis courts, tennis coach and children's activities! Beach loungers with umbrella, para-sailing and other beach activities are available seasonally. Please see below for more details and price, which is paid at The Club. D1606 has a large, private, furnished balcony for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf! The condo amenities include Wi-Fi, a cottage style open floor plan, a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, a washer/dryer, a king primary bedroom that adjoins the balcony and a private bathroom with a separate vanity area and a walk-in shower, a queen guest room beside a full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a guest bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 in beds in this room) across from the 1/2 bath. There is no TV in the twin room. The beds are made with fresh white linen, and a linen set is supplied for the sofa. There is a modest supply of bath linens and a "one day" supply of basic kitchen and bath amenities/toiletries. Please bring your beach towels, food, disposable paper goods, extra trash bags and detergents for the clothes washer & dishwasher. The owner leaves his outside storage closet unlocked so you will have access to beach items and toys the owner and previous guests left behind. There is a Dollar General close by for convenient shopping! The owner is a member of the clubhouse, so with a daily fee, you and your entire party may enjoy the private amenities, which includes a fitness center & indoor pool with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill, children's activities and access to the tennis courts! The fee is approximately $40 per day which covers everyone in your party but is based on the number of days used. This fee is paid in person at the club desk. Without this fee, you still have access to the four pools with hot tubs at no additional costs. Two loungers with an umbrella rental is available for approximately $60.00 per day, at this time, but the clubhouse sets the rates and are seasonal. You may bring your own beach chairs and canopies, but there are designated areas for placement and must be removed each night. Para-sailing and other beach activities are available through the clubhouse and are offered seasonally when weather permits. Great water pressure, toys in the owner's closet to play with along with books to read. One guest room has 4 bunks, perfect for the kids and friends. The condo was exceptional! We had plenty of room, and the views on the balcony were amazing. The kids loved the bunk beds in the bedroom. We had a great time on the beach, and everybody was so nice. This condo was everything and more! It is huge so at no point with all seven of us did we feel like we were running over each other. There are Tupperware stocked and organized that was so handy for us because we cooked and carried stuff down to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans. There was a closet full of beach stuff that came in handy too because we also needed the extra umbrellas. The resort was nice, as well. It was our first time in Gulf Shores and we plan to come back. Biggest drawback to the condo is safety features for children. As stated in the description, the condo is on the 16th floor; however, it also has tall patio furniture making it even more dangerous with children. In the living room, make sure to double check the lock on the sliding door. It works but does not easily lock. You have to push the door shut firmly at the same time as you lock it. It usually took several attempts to secure it locking properly. Also the door to the hall is not difficult for children to unlock and open. Overall, it was great stay but would not recommend staying with young children. ##### Hilary K. Wonderful location!!! My family and I so enjoyed our stay in this condo and would love to return. It was furnished beautifully and well stocked… the location is wonderful and all of the amenities are great especially with our 3 grandchildren that came. My sister and her her family were in another condo in Doral as well so it was perfect!!! My daughter and I even took advantage of the Pilates class one morning at 8:00 on the balcony of the Coastal Veranda. (It was wonderful!
