CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: From September 9th, 2025, to March 15th, 2026, the building will undergo a fall/winter project. • Construction noise will occur daily from Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Dust will be present in work areas; custodial staff and Phoenix Coatings will maintain cleanliness as best as possible. • Walkways and driving paths may be modified for safety. Swing stages will be used on all four sides of the building based on work areas. • The far east side of the parking lot will be blocked for staging and material laydown. • Southside west corner cornice bands are currently being installed on the 9th and 10th floors. • Northeast corner demolition work is ongoing on floors 4 through 17\. Installation of tracks and studs is scheduled to begin on January 28, 2026, on floors 4 through 18. • Dates are subject to change. Clubhouse Amenities (Optional): • Beach-front community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids’ entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service. • Guests may enjoy the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access. Clubhouse fee: $46/day/unit (up to $238 for seven days) — payable directly to the Beach Club. Monthly reservations are $100/month per couple. Inconvenienced by the entrance blocked off during the day made it hard to load up groceries. Unit needs some work: painting and leaky kitchen faucet. One thing I would suggest is having an extra set of linens for the pullout sofa in the master bedroom. Our plan was to use the pullout but at bedtime, found no extra linens to make that bed. So we had to make a trip to Dollar General. Of note also, the beds are made with a sheet and a thin top quilt. That wasnt an issue for most of our group but if you're cold natured, make sure to bring an extra blanket. Otherwise, I think you'll find everything you need here. We had a wonderful mini vacay. This was our first time booking through VRBO, and the process was effortless. Their communication with us was excellent and we had no issues.
