CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: From September 9th, 2025, to March 15th, 2026, the building will undergo a fall/winter project. • Construction noise daily from Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Dust may exist in work areas; custodial staff and Phoenix Coatings will maintain cleanliness as best as possible. • Walkways and driving paths may be modified for safety. Swing stages will be used on all four sides of the building based on work areas. • The far east side of the parking lot will be blocked for staging and material laydown. • Southside west corner cornice bands are currently being installed on the 9th and 10th floors. • Northeast corner demolition work is ongoing on floors 4 through 17\. Installation of tracks and studs is scheduled to begin on January 28, 2026, on floors 4 through 18. • Dates are subject to change. Our condo was incredible! The only thing that would have been over the top nice to have would have been an air fryer, a lot of other units had these bc our friends were there. Our kids were heaven. This unit was so clean, beds were incredible, view was breathtaking and we did not want to leave. We actually extended our stay by a day and even that was so easy to do. Everyone on the grounds were pleasant and the kids activities were so cute! I highly recommend staying here!!! ##### Jennifer H. The beach is footsteps away from the condo with chairs and umbrella available for rent each day. The location is off the beaten path and isolated from the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach night life. If you are looking for a relaxing get away this is it! A few cons - listing what amenities are included in the condo would be helpful (Keurig coffee maker, hair dryers, etc.) Since the location is further away from grocery and retail stores getting necessities prior to check in was a must. ##### Allie E. Even though The Beach Club is an immense property with a lot of capacity, due to the rather remote location quite a ways down the beach from the heart of touristville, the beach and surrounding area are considerably less busy. Also, the beach is huge and there are many different pools and things to do on the property, so people really spread out. I hear it can get a bit busier in a few weeks, but our stay in March was great. The unit was not very well stocked, but just be ready. Buy some toilet paper, paper towells, garbage bags, etc. Also, there is only ONE restaurant option which does not require that you get in your car and drive somewhere, so come stocked with food as well. ##### Voyageur vérifié Séjour de 6 nuits en mars 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Mark C. 27 nov. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Very nice stay They property was clean, well taken care of, and up to date. Great quiet location, view and access to the beach. The only downside was the club hours were limited from 9a - 5p and restaurant closes at 3p and was an extra charge when not booking direct with Spectrum Resorts. ##### Mark C.
