The Space:

You'll fall in love with Beach Club 1004B. Wall-to-Wall Interiors professionally remodeled this condo and it's gorgeous. Come see for yourself and come experience all that the Beach Club Resort has to offer!



This is a resort destination where you can come to get away from it all. There are restaurants on site, plus a market, ice cream shop and tons of activities to keep the kids and family busy.  There's even a salon & spa (a la carte fees apply) and golf courses nearby. You can search endlessly or book your stay now. This is where you need to be for a week of relaxation!



Immaculate 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath in the Bristol Building of the Beach Club Resort. You are directly on the Gulf of Mexico in one of the finest condos at this resort. Sleeps 8. Beds: king in master bedroom, king in second bedroom, twin bunk beds in the third bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room.



Interior Appointments: 4 flat screen TVs and 1 box TV in the kitchen, 4 DVD players, washer and dryer, fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Beds and baths are outfitted with high-end cotton linens. 



Complex/Resort Amenities: Each building has an outdoor pool & hot tub. Also the resort has outdoor grills, 8 lighted Rubico clay tennis courts, bike rentals, restaurants, bar & grill, arcade games, billiards, shuffleboard, golf simulator, ice cream shop, convenience store, chess, checkers, corn hole, volleyball, basketball, watersports rentals, beach chair rentals.



**Please note that this is a non-smoking complex. No smoking allowed inside or on balconies, nor any common area at The Beach Club.**

PARKING REGISTRATION FEE AT THE BEACH CLUB



Effective June 1, 2023, a new registration policy at The Beach Club goes into effect. All guest reservations arriving June 1st or later are subject to a Registration Fee of $40.00 per vehicle, per stay.



Your reservation total currently includes 2 parking passes ($80, plus tax). Should you only need 1 parking pass, please let us know, and we can modify that fee to $40, plus tax. As well, if you have more than 2 vehicles, please let us know, so that we can add an additional parking pass for your stay.



The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club: RVs and campers (including Sprinter vans with hook ups), trailers, buses, boats and jet skis,  and off-road vehicles.



*Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate.

Fabulous property. We’ve been going to the beach club for 24 years. Our favorite building is Bristol and this unit was excellent. This has plenty of room for our older boys to play games, watch tv, have meals and watch the gorgeous views from the balcony. The property was well maintained and we hope to come back and rent it again. Had to contact management once and they responded very quickly. Only good things to say about the experience.Fort Morgan has a tacky jacks and other food places so the area is not as remote as it was many years ago.

Modern, clean , cozy

The condo was great. Had an issue with AC. service came right away and fixed it . All items needed were in the condo. Clean, modern, cozy. Very much enjoyed the unit ! The only issue we had was after 10:00 pm there were teenagers outside screaming. We couldn’t go to sleep. We didn’t have a security number to reach out .Beach Club rules were quiet time after 10:00 pm. The disruptive teens went far past this time .

Nice unit. Far out. Poorly stocked

I’ll start with the positives. The management company was easy to access and the unit was tidy with the furniture and appliances in good condition. The common areas of the resort are aging but in decent condition. One thing to know is that this resort is really far out from the main part of the island, but assuming you know that, it is often preferable to be away from the crowds. The challenge is that you’re also not close to a well-stocked store and this condo was very poorly stocked. Only one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag is ridiculous. No toiletries and pretty threadbare towels. If you are staying here, you will need to pack a lot more than you normally do

Broken Dishwasher

We arrived to dirty dishes that were covered with food particles, and we realized that the dishwasher was broken. Apparently, it has been broken for nearly 2 years, and the owner was aware of this, but did not fix it or make us aware that it was broken. They simply told others that the dishes would not dry well, But the cycle would never even run because of her broken wash pump. They offered us only $125 credit for having to wash a load of dirty dishes as soon as we arrived and hand wash the entire trip. They sent a repairman who was unable to fix it and said that entire dishwasher needs to be replaced. This same problem had been listed in multiple reviews for over a year. But we still had a great time and the property is gorgeous!

Love The Beach Club

We have stayed at many rentals over the years at The Beach Club and unfortunately this is the only unit we've had issues at. There was sand caked on the wall and bunk bed, the bed broke and the dishwasher does NOT wash the dishes. I did reach out to the management company and they said the unit was in need of a deep cleaning, sent someone to fix the bed and did give us a credit. Besides all of that we had a great stay.

Fraudulent Rental Agency

The property itself was lovely. However, this agency was literally impossible to contact. I was never sent ANY information on check in or a door code despite calling multiple times. I called after arrival and was again sent to voicemail. There were several minor issues with the property that I called about, and no one answered the phone. This pattern continued over the entire stay. I still have not heard anything from them and plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Wonderful Family Vacation Condo

This was a great condo, very accurate to the listing. The master bathroom is very large with double vanities and large shower. The extra bedrooms are roomy and nice. Great balcony with nice furniture to relax. Kitchen is very nice and roomy. The only issue was the freezer drawer was very hard to pull out and the ice maker didn't work. Overall it was great! We'd rent this again

Disappointing

I had a good experience with ALVBR. The email on my phone did not save the email that had the code for the door entry. ALVBR was very accommodating, after hours, to give me a 24 hour pass code VRBO was not upfront with their pricing. While traveling I received a call from ALVBR that there is a leak in the ceiling probably from the unit above me. The put a towel on the floor to catch the leak and told us to be careful. I asked to be moved but they had no vacancies. They said a tech will be coming to check the leak. I received the call on Thur, the tech came by Sat. The appliances in the unit are NOT NEW. The ice maker was broken & could not be replaced during our stay. We had to purchase ice the entire time. The shelf and storage bins in the freezer are rusted. The kick plate on the bottom front on the refrigerator fell off & could not go back on. The drawer on the bottom of the stove will not close properly. There were 10 spare pillows and NO pillow cases. No blanket/s. I requested two and housekeeping brought one. No problem because we ended up not using the sleeper sofa. The unit provided plenty of towels, hand towels and wash clothes. The furniture was nice and nicely decorated.

Beach Club/Ft Morgan winter Getaway

We had a nice time in this 2 bedroom 2 bath co do. It was clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Our visit was in February and it was nice and quiet and uncrowded—just what we were looking for. We have stayed at Beach Club many times and always enjoy it. It is a good 15 minute drive plus into Gulf Shores but we don’t mind that al all. It is worth it to be away from the crowds!!

Slice of paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here so much that even my 4 year old asked if we could stay on vacation. The condo was very nice, clean and mostly updated. Dryer doesn’t dry very well, so don’t throw a load of towels on the morning that you leave like we did. Other than that, everything was perfect! Beach is private to the club, which was amazing because the beach was not over crowded. You could pretty much stay on property and not leave other than one trip to the grocery store for basics. We saw dolphins, tons of fish, giant crabs, snakes, seagulls, sand pipers, pelicans, a crane. We even got to see the Milky Way! We will definitely be back!
