Welcome to Navy Cove 1206 located on the bayside in peaceful Fort Morgan! Come enjoy the additional amenities that include multiple outdoor pools, hot tub and BBQ grills. Right next to Navy Cove is land that the state of Alabama added to the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge for you to explore and enjoy! Take a short walk to the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico at Fort Morgan.   
  
As you walk in this condo with light flowing in from the floor to ceiling windows. This open concept living space has a well-equipped kitchen stocked with pots/pans/utensils. The dining table comfortably seats four with additional seating at kitchen bar for three. Relax in the comfortable living space with plush couches featuring a sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. Step outside onto your private balcony and enjoy your morning coffee & beautiful sunrise overlooking the bay. Then in the evening enjoy breathtaking sunsets while watching the boats come in. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Bring the family for a vacation filled with fun and the beautiful surroundings of Gulf Shores, Alabama when you visit Navy Cove 1206!

The Neighborhood:  
Walking distance from the beach, you will have no trouble getting your fill of sandy toes! Navy Harbor Cove is only two-and-a-half miles from the Fort Morgan Grounds. You will also be within 2.5 miles of a delicious local restaurants such as Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill and Tacky Jacks. Take the day to explore Gulf Shores or head 18 miles east to Hwy 59 where you can find a variety of restaurants, shopping, and activities for everyone in the group!

Navy Harbor Cove is a gated community; this condo will be in the first building. Pull up and enter gate code.   
  
The complex does require parking passes. The complex charges $23/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it visibly in your vehicle's dashboard.

The property management vacation homes collections were excellent and promptly handled issues that were not communicated to them by the owner regarding the boat slip. Would definitely use vacation home collections again. Due to the slip not working would not likely stay in this unit.

#### Maintenance needed

Navy Cove is the perfect location, but Unit 1206 suffers from a lack of maintenance that made our stay very unpleasant. Most importantly, the AC did not work. We contacted the management immediately when their office opened the morning after our arrival, and the repairman did not arrive until after 5pm. We found the AC unit and its rusted and in awful condition. We took pictures to compare with the other AC units and it’s clear why the system was broken. The hall bathroom has sliding glass doors and one fell off on me when I was closing it to shower. It’s truly not safe. The dishwasher smelled horrible as if rotten food was collecting and the sink disposal did not work. The lack of maintenance was clear and I’m super disappointed that we choose this VRBO for our stay when there were several other options during this relatively quiet time of year.
