Cotton Bayou 7B is a two-bedroom, two-bath, newly decorated condo with views of the bayou. Bring your boat!

The boat dock and launch are located onsite! The Marina rental fee is $100 per week (plus an extra $100 for reservations booked for more than 7 nights.)

• Access to the balcony from the living room

• Wood flooring throughout the unit and tile in the bathrooms

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four and there are three bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper and a 50" flat-screen TV

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV

• The second bedroom has two twin-size beds with a TV

• Wireless internet access is provided

• Amenities include: Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Balcony, Beach, Boat Slip Rental (additional fee), Cable, Clothes Dryer, Coffee Maker, Communal Pool, Covered Parking, Covered Patio, Dishwasher, Disinfected, Dock, Free Parking, Gazebo, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Kitchen, Laundry, Microwave, Ocean, Outdoor Pool, Pier, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, Self Check-In, Sundeck, Tennis Court, TV, Washer/Dryer, Water View

• There is a designated BBQ grill area, located on the concrete slab near the pool. BBQ grills of any kind are not allowed to be used anywhere else on the property, as this results in a fire hazard.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great stay!
This is a great stay, minutes walk to the beach access, quiet even with people and families in other condos, near everything you could want! The Alexa was a nice touch too. Check in was nice and easy and the place was clean and ready.

Very Pleased
Everything was great. The beach, stores, and restaurants were all in walking distance. It was nice and clean. Had just about everything you would need. It was home away from home. Really enjoyed the patio. It wasn’t a beach view I would have liked but I still enjoyed the peacefulness of hearing the water from the beach. Ever all it was a great stay. Will stay again if available!!!!

We’ve stayed at CB several times over the years because we like bringing a watercraft. Launch, dock and trailer parking under the condo is ideal. Condo was clean and well appointed. Beautiful sunset views from the dock. Dolphins on the bay, convenient to our favorite restaurants and public beach.

Super nice condo . Love the water view
Super nice condo . The parking wasn’t good for us with a truck and boat trailer . The people upstairs were very loud . Stomping around and kid running constantly. Did this until 12 at night and started at 5:30 in morning. Very disprectful

It was close to the area where we went to the beach. The property was very old and falling in on itself. Neighbors was stomping on floor 6am every morning waking everyone up. Next door was loads of noise like it was a concert. The tennis court had grass growing in it. We had a huge hole where our cars were parked I’ll share pictures.
