Amazing views from the covered porch. Peaceful location on Ft. Morgan peninsula away from the crowds. Unit features 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Inside, guests will find everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and basic cookware. Closest public beach access point is approximately 2 miles away. This property is located approximately 12 miles west of Hwy 59 on AL HWY 180 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. It is a cozy, quiet, and clean property, with the absolute best private dock to enjoy the bay, do some fishing, birdwatch, dolphin watch, or sunbathe! This property was absolutely everything my family could have wanted out of a vacation house! Despite it being only a single bedroom, it is a spacious unit and my 2 kids (8 & 13) still had space for themselves and their things without crowding each other or my husband and myself.. The dock was definitely large enough for my husband to take his fishing cart out to the dock to fish with our kids. The neighboring houses were close, but it didnt feel like we lacked any privacy. The location is incredibly close to a Dollar General, which makes it easy to run out and grab anything you might need . It also feels very centrally located between the tourist type attractions of Gulf Shores downtown and the Fort and ferry to Dauphin Island. We vacation in the Gulf Shores area every year, and this is by far our favorite rental and we absolutely plan to book this exact unit again for next year! ##### Ashley B. Séjour de 2 nuits en mai 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Constance K. 4 avr. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Nice stay Directions were accurate along with the tips on local beaches and the like. It is a ways outside of the Gulf Shores hotspot which we liked. Very big yard. The stairs were easy to take, we rented the upper unit. As shown in pictures, it is a large living room space that is also the sitting area for the kitchen. Lights took a bit to figure out. It is carpeted throughout, except the bathroom. There was a pullout bed/couch. My son said it was "standard pullout bed comfortable with the bar at your back." Has some nice big windows to look out at the bay. We did not use the TV stuff. WiFi was good. Kitchen stuff supples were basic and servicable. Did not use the coffee maker(s) just cooking items. Frig was large and has ice/water in the door that worked. Bathroom was spacious. Lots of bath towels available for the three of us. Bring more TP if staying a few days - it does state that in the description and I missed that part but, was able to see the other recommendations, thank you. Master bed is a memory foam type mattress. My husband said it was clean and he liked the charactor of the place. We all liked the gathering room down below, just too chilly for us to use at night with the wind. Also, the extra bathroom below was great for showering after the beach to get the sand off and in the AM if the one inside was already in use 8) Shoone was great as I messed up on our reservation. Luckly it was able to be fixed and all was well! We enjoyed the property! ##### Constance K.
