This cozy cottage is perfect for families or a group of friends looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway. The cottage features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms accommodating up to 14 guests. On the ground level you will find the master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom including two vanities, a soaking tub and a stand alone shower. You will also find a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and a bathroom with a shower that opens up to the shared hallway. The second level of the home you will find another bedroom with a king sized bed that shares a bathroom with the small bedroom that has 2 twin daybeds. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The last guest room has 2 built in twin bunks above 2 queen sized beds. This room has its own en suite bathroom that also has a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen Smart TVs The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated and features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the appliances and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. There is also a dining area that seats 8\. Outside, you will find a spacious deck with a gas grill and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while watching your children play in the private pool. The cottage is just a short walk from the beach. \*There is a $300 fee to heat the pool for your stay. The Beach Club Resort & Spa requires the use of an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities, which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, The Coast Restaurant, fitness center, game room, and kids activities. The wrist bands are optional and if desired may be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival Please note that you do not need an armband for the use of the spa, beach access, hiking trails, activities courts (basketball, tennis, shuffleboard..etc), playground, grills, picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery, and the food trucks at The Village Lawn. There are two top class golf courses within 6 miles, Fort Morgan marina that offers offshore fishing just 7 miles from the resort, and historical Fort Morgan about 10 miles away or the Alabama Coastal Birding Trail, to enjoy during your stay. REGISTRATION FEE AT THE BEACH CLUB Registration Fee of $40.00 per vehicle per stay. \*Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is too large will not be allowed to park. \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. We absolutely loved the evening events - petting zoo - mechanical shark rides - water slides - live music! The beach access was perfect - we rented chairs and umbrellas each day, we enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse and still had our own private pool to come back to. We grilled dinner and watched the NBA draft on the outdoor TV while everyone swam. We had a fantastic dinner overlooking the ocean in the cluhouse restaurant. Highly recommend. It was 85 degrees at check in. Repair man came right away and we thought issued was solved. The upstairs still didn't get cool. Repair man came back out on third day, because we didn't discover issue with upstairs ac unit until late the second night hadn't been resolved. By the last night, the ac was fixed upstairs. The house was so perfect for us, after a long day on the courts we had a beautiful new home with pool, comfortably furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were so luxurious with great linens we slept great! The BBQ pit was very dirty when we got there and had to clean all the grates and grease pan ourselves. There was paint peeling off the stairway wall and one cabinet did not close. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home with comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Family vacay with 7 adults and a 9 year old. Each family had their own bath and private space. The star of this house is the pool! Large and lighted! Jun 15, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Perfect location with lots of amenities. So many fun things for families to do in the complex. The kitchen was great for cooking for large family gathering. Management is wonderful and very responsive. Grill doesn’t cook well. The backyard pool is wonderful and fenced in. Neighbors are very close, we could easily chat with them over the fence so not a place for anyone wanting space or privacy. The beach is a short walk away. Beach chairs are 55/day and you do have to purchase a wrist band if you want the public pool, so just be prepared for pricy amenities outside of the home. Just read the instructions closely when you check in! They literally leave one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag and one dishwasher pod. The kitchen has lots of furnishings but is completely cleared of things like salt and coffee filters between stays. So it feels like a new home when you check in, but you need to be prepared to bring or buy everything a house needs for the stay. The good thing is they communicate this clearly, as long as you read everything so you’re not surprised. There is a Wal-Mart 15 minutes away that does delivery! ##### Natasha R. They promised a warm pool. It never got warm. The technician lied and said it would be warm in 3 hours. We have a pool at home and it takes 12 to 24\. The house and the pool were dirty with no attempts to correct the issue. There was a Desani water bottle (trash) behind the master bedroom nightstand. The kitchen potholder and towels were dirty. This was very disappointing my family was invited to a warm pool because we have a cold one at home. We were nickeled and dimed to death. Charge $200 for parking which is ridiculous.
