Great balcony with tall chairs to help see the goings-on at the beach. Used beach service a couple of days and they are super nice and convenient. The parking pass being already in the condo was super nice so we didn't have to mess with that, and the parking place was convenient. We used the very clean and nice workout room a few times and enjoyed that. Had a small issue but owner was very quick to contact building managers and we met two of them, including maintenance guy, and they were very nice. Comfortable bed, plenty of room for our stuff, and just an enjoyable place. Very convenient to some of our favorite places nearby (Lauria's, Bahama Bob's) and easy to venture out to Gulf State Park to the pier, to eat at Perch (amazing!) or to go over to Cobalt, the Florabama, shopping at the Wharf. Got lucky with the weather and overall a fantastic trip! Would stay in this condo again for sure. ##### Christa J. I only wish that we could have seen dolphins but the water was too rough with Alberto. Covered parking spot is convenient but the spots are very tight.
