Beach Breeze sits on the sugar-white sandy beach of Ft Morgan, AL with breathtaking views of the Gulf!! Bask in the unbeatable beachfront views in the private community of Morgantown with exclusive beaches, two community pools, tennis and pickleball courts. You can also fish from the beach!

This five bedroom home has been recently updated and comes fully furnished with wireless internet throughout, plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, beach floats, boogie boards, books, and games to enjoy.

Relax in the large living area with beautiful views of the beach and gulf or just sit and watch TV. Step outside to the large deck with a covered area with seating, a dining area, and an area for sunbathing. Take the steps down directly to the white sand and turquoise water and rinse off afterwards at the outdoor shower on your private boardwalk.

On the main floor, the Primary Bedroom has fantastic gulf views, king bed, HDTV, oversized closet, and private bathroom with big shower and Jacuzzi tub.

The upstairs has four bedrooms and a nice size bathroom. The large upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a loveseat, two bedrooms have queen beds, and one room has two bunk beds with twins on the top and doubles on the bottom. The king bedroom and the bunk room have TVs and the bunk room also has a reading nook.

A complete kitchen on the main level has everything you need to create great meals and enjoy your stay. The dining table has seven chairs, the kitchen table has four, and the breakfast bar has four barstools. There are plenty of utensils, plates, cups, and serving pieces.

The outside deck table seats six and is the perfect place to catch the beautiful sunrise or sunset and watch the dolphins play. There are seven more Adirondack chairs for your outdoor relaxing and a chaise lounge chair. Down below is covered parking for four, charcoal grill, storage closet with beach items, table with four chairs, and two more adirondacks. Outdoor security cameras in the front and back.

Historic Fort Morgan is only 5 miles away. World-class golf courses are nearby. Dauphin Island is a short ferry ride away where you can visit the Sea Lab or Historic Fort Gaines. Beach Breeze is secluded from the crowds of Gulf Shores but is only 15 miles away for when you want to shop, dine, visit the Zoo, Waterville, watch a movie, or concert at The Wharf.

Great house, great neighborhood, great host!

We are a family of 8 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 1-8. There was plenty of room for all of us without feeling on top of each other. The bunk room with the reading nook for the kids was a great touch! Being such a short walk to the beach was so great since we were making frequent trips to and from the house. Relative to the beaches of Gulf Shores, Destin and 30A, the beach is so nice and quiet. We especially loved the seating on the back deck where there was room for everyone to sit and enjoy the view. We did run into an issue where the refrigerator had quit making ice and was not staying as cold as it should, but Carla quickly had someone out to inspect it and replaced the refrigerator the next day. Working with Carla was so easy, and we look forward to staying here again next year!

Perfect fit!

Everything was clean and a perfect fit for our crew of 11! The teen guys loved the bunk room! The kitchen was well stocked and extremely organized! There was plenty of seating in all areas indoor and out! Loved this place!

Home away from home!!

Where to begin? LOL! The location was perfect. The price was reasonable for the size of the house. We saw some really expensive housed that didn't look as nice as your home. The furnishings were beautiful and it was very clean. The well furnished kitchen and the labeled cabinets/drawers were next level!! Having towels and linens provided as well as a washer and dryer available was very helpful. The beach items from the storage closet were very useful. the back deck was a favorite spot of ours for morning coffee. The deck furniture is perfect for the spot. Honestly, we were all sad to leave. We are looking forward to another trip to Beach Breeze soon!!

Best Beachfront Getaway

We’ve been renting beach houses in Fort Morgan for years and this was hands down the best house for us and our extended family. Plenty of bedrooms and a great layout for the kids room. Technology worked flawlessly, the kitchen was stocked, and there were plenty of beach accessories. Our host even replaced a beach umbrella for our arrival. The back deck facing the beach is one of the best we’ve had with plenty of room to relax and keep a watchful eye on kids at the beach if you need to run back to the house for anything. All around a great experience and we’ll be booking again

Family vacation!

This home is beautiful! Very well supplied with more kitchen items than you could ever use! The layout of the home is perfect for a large group to be together without being crowded. There was 10 of us, ages 71 to 13. Carla was very easy to get in touch with and always pleasant. Will highly recommended this home. We saw dolphins from the deck! Beautiful beach, steps from the deck.

Great Family Vacation Spot

The house was beautiful, extremely clean, well stocked, and very spacious. We had 14 people and we were all very comfortable without feeling cramped. We never ran out of hot water in the showers. The location in Morgantown was perfect. The beaches were not crowded and you were just steps from the beach. Carla was a great host. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great Place!!

This place was amazing!! We loved the location which is far enough away from Gulf Shores to avoid the crowds but close to several great restaurants and other attractions and still close enough to drive to Gulf Shores for other activities and so many amazing restaurants! The house was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We loved that there were two larger bedrooms with king beds, the bunk room sleeps a ton of kids, and you still have two nice bedrooms with queens as well. One of the best thought out bedroom setups I have seen out of about 10 houses I’ve previously rented in Florida and Alabama. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys so keep that in mind if you prefer to travel a little lighter. Carla was very helpful and communicated very quickly and professionally. I give it a 10/10 and would definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family! Don’t hesitate!

Family Fun

This is an amazing house, and the view!! Our family group of 12 had a fabulous vacation!! Staying away from the tourist crowd, but close enough to town when we wanted to go out was just what we wanted! Carla, our host, is awesome!! She was easy and quick to communicate with. The house is packed with just about anything you could think of needing! Washer & dryer were great to wash the suits & towels! Be ready to have sand everywhere! I will greatly miss going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves! We will definitely consider this house for our next beach vacation!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Dream Come True Vacation

From start to finish, what an incredible experience. Everything was labeled and easily identified...in fact, we brought too much stuff because Carla had it all there already! We probably spent 75% of our time on the porch/deck overlooking the beach watching the dolphins and enjoying the Strawberry moon. To say this place was above and beyond anything we had ever experienced before is an understatement. We would highly recommend this place to anyone that is searching for a little Zen.

Amazing place for a family and friends!

We went with a group of 14: 3 adults and 10 kids and this place did not disappoint! The house is very clean and has everything we needed. The kitchen is very organized with everything you will need to make the stay enjoyable. The large countertop is great for making and serving food. We had enough eating space inside and/or outside for our group so we never felt cramped. Beds are comfortable and the 2 1/2 baths worked well for the group. Most of the bathrooms have a ocean view- amazing!!! One favorite is the deck because you can sit and watch the sun rise and set or just and watch the waves and even maybe see some dolphins! The outside furniture was comfortable! We appreciate how the outside furniture is not the plastic furniture but the solid outside furniture, it’s the little things:) The beach is right outside the house which is amazing! If you have kids, you can watch them on the beach from the deck! The house has all the beach gear so you don’t have to pack them: inflatables, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a canopy you can put up for some shade. We brought lifejackets for the little kids and glad we did since the waves were big each day for us. The older kids swam in the waves each day for a long time!!!! So many hours in the ocean! The pools and tennis/pickleball courts are a little walk. We brought a beach wagon which was nice to have when walking to the pool with all the kids and their stuff. Pools are not heated so be ready for them to be cool. Downtown Gulf Shores is about 20-30 min away from here. We went into town a couple times but really enjoyed relaxing at the house and had a lot to do right here at Sea Breeze. The owner is so kind and easy to get ahold of and very responsive which we appreciate. Great place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

Beautiful house and property

House is beautiful and obviously well cared for. Carla is very responsive and helpful and we had a lovely time. The deck is great and the storage room is perfect if you’re traveling with kids or don’t want to bring your own beach chairs. Have stayed in a nearby house in the same neighborhood and this one was a much nicer property. Would love to go back for a family holiday!

Best Location on the beach

We had a wonderful time! This house includes everything you need to just relax and enjoy. We saw dolphins on multiple days and our neighbors caught a small shark while fishing. The sunrise and sunsets were some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. This place is great for families. There is plenty of room on the beach and you can’t beat having a perfect spot directly in front of you. The home had all kinds of beach toys and floats provided we didn’t have to bring anything with us. You could sit on the back porch and take it all in if you didn’t want to enjoy the sand. The owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

Amazing set up

This house was perfectly set on beach for views and privacy! Wonderful kitchen with everything labeled for easy finding and putting away! Love the patio the most! Both covered and uncovered! I could watch my family on beach and still have perfect sight!! Love, love Beach Breeze!!
