A few steps over the dunes from the carport and you are there. Great little place. And pet friendly, uncrowded beaches can't be beat.No issues with anything during our stay. Great decor. We had to vacuum the furniture, I swept and mopped the whole townhome (enough dog hair to make a puppy!), washed the sliding doors to the balcony bc you couldnt see out of them, and had to empty the dishwasher from the last guests. Tons of beach toys and some equipment that was useful to not have to buy all new. The view was spectacular and the beach was not crowded at all during the 4th of July. Only complaint would be that the sofa bed mattress was not very clean. There were clean sheets provided but mattress itself w as in need of replacing. Also there was a coffee pot provided but no pot was found anywhere in the home. Also found broken glass pieces at the edge of the fridgem. Overall great stay and would stay again ##### Jessica K. It is a very short walk to the beach, this was the only real perk of staying here. The property was clean when we arrived , no bugs or dust bunnies but it does smell musty like mold or water damage . There was sand on the floor of every room when we arrived but that can be expected. The view from the balcony and living room is fantastic but if you sit on the balcony furniture the height of it leaves with you with a view of the balcony railing only. Pots and pans were sparse & low quality, scratched non-stick surfaces that left me uncomfortable using them to cook for my family. The pull out sofa bed is not level and has dips and humps, I would not count that as a sleeping space for anyone. Everything else was in working order, we certainly appreciated that. This is an old property which has been repaired many times and often poorly. Cracked and loose tiles, poor sheetrock and ceiling repairs, messy caulking, cheap fixes & overlooked details abound. Even with its age a little bit of effort and small cost in amenities would make this stay more comfortable. The pictures portray a condo that is bright white and fresh, this is not the case but it is clean, functional and very close to the beach. Overall we did enjoy our stay but had we been accurately informed would have chosen a nicer place for our daughter's 18th birthday celebration. stupid..theabundant. ##### Kristy R. This was the first I booked a condo in Ft .Morgan but it won’t be the last. I think we found the perfect beach spot. The location of the condo & view from each floor was perfect for us because we wanted something quieter away from the traffic & busy beaches of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. Check in was very easy & host was quick to respond.
