The Beach Club is a luxury resort located about 15 minutes west of Gulf Shores in a beautiful, secluded and uncrowded area of the coast. Avalon 809 is a two bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath condo with a King bed master bedroom, two Twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. All mattresses are new. This condo is located on the 8th floor right on the beach with a spectacular view overlooking the Avalon pool, palm tree promenade, and the sugar white sand and waves on the Gulf of Mexico. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding doors that lead to a large furnished balcony to enjoy the sight and sounds of the beach. New owners have repainted, replaced most of the furniture and décor in the living and dining room, and created a unique wine and craft beer bar with two zone refrigerator and ice maker across from the kitchen. Previous upgrades included matching granite counter tops in the kitchen and all bathrooms along with large floor tile. All three toilets have been replaced with comfort height. There is free WIFI throughout, a new 65" Samsung Smart TV, a 48" Samsung Smart TV, and a 37" Vizio HDTV along with two DVD players in the living room and bedrooms. Each bedroom also has its own private adjoining bath. Plus, the hallway bath is very convenient if you have guests. Relax at the end of the day in the master bath jetted tub. Whether you choose to dine-in or out, you will enjoy the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. Just bring your food, drinks and paper goods and dine at the new six chair dining set along with three counter top chairs. In the kitchen pantry is a a combo washer/dryer. The beautiful Avalon pool is located at the foot of the tower and has a wading pool and a jacuzzi. A convenient boardwalk leads to the beach and has showers. Beach chair/umbrella set-ups and other beach activities such as para-sailing are provide by a rental service. A casual fine dining restaurant and bar is located upstairs over the Clubhouse with a great view! Shopping and a salon are on site, too! You will have access to the pool and hot tubs at the foot of the tower and may patron the shops in the Clubhouse and at the front of the resort. Since the owner is a member of The Club, you will have access to the private amenities as well with a daily fee, payable at The Club Desk in person for the days you choose for about $40.00 per day for the entire family. These private amenities include an indoor heated pool, large community pool with a hot tub, poolside entertainment, Tiki Bar and Grill, fitness center, game room, tennis courts and much more! I've stayed at quite a few condos in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area but this complex is by far the nicest. The condo itself was excellent, nothing to complain about. It was well-stocked, clean, and perfect for our family of three to spread out and relax. The Fort Morgan area is so peaceful and quiet. Pools were clean and well kept. People playing their music openly down at the pool was annoying and inconsiderate. Several luggage and grocery carts available for easy loading/unloading. Overall great place and stay. Great area away from crowded gulf shores/orange beach. Must check out Tacky Jacks Too for a great view of the bay, delicious food. Every corner was so clean. New paint, new tile, new carpet. This condo has been completely renovated. New appliances, countertops 😍 And the beachfront view😍 it was absolutely amazing. We were initially worried because of the appearance of the front of the unit (Avalon) , its under construction. Once you get off the elevator, the hallway could use a good cleaning, but dont be discouraged because your unit will more than make up for any issues you may have with the hallway and construction. Clean linen and towels were a super plus. Each room had nice sized TVs. Wifi was an added plus. I simply cant say enough about how clean our unit was.
