The location was perfect - we could walk to grocery, shops and restaurants. The pools were very nice. My only complaints are the lack of overhead lighting in the bedrooms. Don’t give Seachase your money & business Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely disappointing! I reserved a week in August for a vacation with my sons before they left for school again. The Tuesday before we were supposed to leave I got COVID and a few days later my son fell sick with it. Despite being miserably sick I called several days before check in to let them know we would not be coming and to see if we could get any of our money back or if we could postpone it for a different week. They refused to do anything and even kept the cleaning fee and parking fee! I was extremely disappointed that they would not work with me at all. They kept all of the money we paid thereby preventing us from scheduling another vacation when we were well due to cost. Ultimately my son and I both recovered and I am thankful for that. Just a warning for everyone else! We have been very pleased with the comfort of the unit (having everything we need), friendliness of the staff, and feeling of safety because of enforced security. The availability of only 1elevator and construction noise was a minor inconvenience but overall our week was wonderful and we will definitely return!
