Sit back and relax on the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves. Walk inside into a vast living area offering plenty of seating with a flat-screen TV. You'll find the kitchen well-equipped with all the appliances you need to cook during your stay. Located on the beach in Fort Morgan with under house parking for three cars. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has an open layout, so it feels spacious and inviting. The dining room table offers seating for eight with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Also, on the main floor you will find a washer and dryer for your convenience. There are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed with access to the upstairs balcony so you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking gulf views. There is also a bunk room upstairs with two (4 full beds) full bunk beds making it great for kids of all ages. There are two full bathrooms upstairs with tub/shower combos. This house is pet-friendly home, so you never have to leave part of your family behind. You may bring up to two dogs. The check-in process worked very well. The house itself is comfortable but a bit worn. The fact that it's a bit worn probably makes it more comfortable since we were often coming off of beach walks, as opposed to being concerned about a newer home. The bedrooms are all comfortable. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. Internet works very well, TVs are fine. Washer-dryer work well. HVAC works well. The deck facing the beach provides wonderful views of the gulf, beach and some incredible sunsets. The only chairs on the deck are high chairs--some conventional chairs would be nice. It would also be nice to have some beach chairs available. One thing that was really missing is a functional grill--there is an old rusty grill but it's really not usable. Enjoyed being away from the busier beach area so the kids could run and play without us having to worry. The house worked out great for us, with 6 adults and 4 young children.
