Pet Friendly! Stunning 3 bedroom/3 bathroom duplex located directly across from the beach with beautiful inground heated pool. All carpet recently removed, travertine floors installed throughout upstairs and beautiful wood stairs. Downstairs has one bedroom with 2 queen beds, one bath, living, dining and kitchen. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 queen beds & bunk beds (twin over twin)& the master with king bed), 2 baths and laundry area. TVs are in all bedrooms as well as living room. This top of the line unit sleeps 14 (using sleeper sofa) & has a nice large outdoor living area with charcoal grill and heated pool (Nov-March). The house was perfect. Had more than enough room for the eight of us. We loved having the private pool, the beach was literally across the street. Easiest access ever, privacy without dealing with a big high rise and on one of the longest stretches of beach. The check in process was seamless and the bedrooms were super spacious. They have an ice machine too which might have been reason to stay alone!! ##### Theresa T. Everything was great really enjoyed being poolside with everyone. Short walk to beach. The master bedroom upstairs needs a little step ladder for us older people!
