There were three adults, and four kids (2 preteens). There was plenty of room for all us. It can easily sleep 8\. The condo was clean and well equipped with what we needed. Just take you a large skillet if needed. We improvised with what we had. We were steps away from the boardwalk to the beach and one of the many pools was right outside our balcony.
