The neighborhood has its own boat launch so bring your boat so you can explore private beaches and coves on the Santa Rosa sound. The only downside to the property is the outdated and hard to access pool. The pool lacks stairs to easily get in and out of..the only access point is a ladder that is hard to descend if you're of a certain age. Otherwise a great stay! Across the street, there is plenty to do for all ages including a playground, splash pad, tennis and basketball courts, skate park, trails, plus so much more! It was clean when we arrived, and the pool was so inviting! The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for everything we brought with us. Pool had dirt in bottom and since they only service property on Thursday, we were unable to use pool. Very disappointed. 86 year old mother looked forward to using pool. Floor was bare concrete with throw rugs that had seen better days. Shower in master was so small you could barely get in the shower door. Would not rent this property sgain.
