### Spacious Home close to the Beach, Community Pool

Our charming property offers the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and endless entertainment. Our home located minutes from the stunning Navarre Beach. The home is tastefully decorated and offers a cozy living area featuring plenty of comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen.  
  
All guests have an access to the community swimming pool.  
Our home is close to various restaurants, Gulf Breeze Zoo, grocery stores and only minutes drive to crystal waters of Navarre Beach!  
The space  
Welcome to our Home in Gulf Breeze!  
Our 4 BR and 3 Full Bath home was built in 2022.  
The open concept living and dining areas allow you to enjoy large gatherings.  
We have complimentary WiFi, free TV channels.  
Our home has a huge living room with new kitchen and all stainless steel appliances, with two separate dining areas available at the island breakfast bar, and formal dining room table.  
The serene bedrooms are all thoughtfully separated for privacy, with three of the four offering smart TVs. One bedroom is a primary suite with its own spa-like bathroom and walk-in closet.  
The house comfortably sleeps 8.  
You can spent time at our brand new salt water community pool, or drive to Navarre Beach to take a dive in ocean waters and relax on a whitest sand!

Guests will have access to the whole property, including the garage with the exception of a closet used for storage and supplies.  
Also guests have an access to new community pool.
