The upstairs loft features a kitchen, living area, and bedroom with a TV. The downstairs apartment offers an 85-inch TV, queen bed, Mortal Kombat arcade, and kitchen, plus a ductless mini-split for comfort. Outside, relax in a gravel sitting area, grill on the custom deck, or enjoy the dedicated firepit. Perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and fun!  
  
Welcome to this charming, detached guest house with both an upstairs and downstairs unit, offering a perfect blend of comfort and privacy. Located just 15 minutes from Pensacola Beach, you’ll have easy access to the sand and surf, with beach towels and chairs provided for your convenience.  
  
Outdoor Amenities:  
Step outside to enjoy a shared backyard, featuring a cozy pergola eating area, an outdoor shower, a dedicated grill station, and a smokeless firepit — ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
