Beautiful timber house "Seievika", 10 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1986\. 20 km from the centre of Eivindvik, 98 km from the centre of Knarvik, 125 km from the centre of Bergen, 40 m from the sea, 40 m from the fijord. Private: property 1'000 m2, lawn, natural garden. Bathing jetty, bathing place, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 20 km, supermarket 98 km, bus stop "Rutledal Aust" 120 m, ferry "Rutledal" 500 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m, fishing possibilities 40 m. The tap water has no drinking water quality.  
"Seievika", 8-room house 226 m2\. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and digital TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm).
