Family Home in Bassin d'Arcachon/Gujan-Mestras

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this family home, located at the end of a quiet street yet close to all amenities. By car, you can easily reach nearby towns such as La Teste-de-Buch, Arcachon, Le Teich, and Biganos. Gujan-Mestras train station is less than 5 minutes away, Arcachon is 10–15 minutes away, and Bordeaux is about 40 minutes by car.



The single-storey house offers 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with a bay window opening onto the terrace and wooden pergola. The enclosed garden features sun loungers, outdoor seating, and a barbecue. Shops are nearby, and you’re close to the natural sites and water activities of the Bassin d’Arcachon.



Inside, you’ll find a welcoming entrance with shoe storage. The kitchen includes a table, chairs, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, multi-function food processor, and all necessary dishes.



The living room has a sofa, armchair, and dining table with seating for 6. The bedrooms are arranged along the hallway: one children’s room with a triple bed, toys, books, travel cot, and wardrobe; one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and storage; and two bedrooms each with a 140x200 cm bed and wardrobe.



At the end of the hallway, the bathroom offers a bathtub with screen, double sink, and hairdryer. The toilet is separate.



Bed linen and towels are not provided. You can rent linens and towels for an extra fee or bring your own.
