No Wifi. Featuring ocean views from both the front and back, ample bedding and large entertaining areas. On returning from your day of adventures you can choose to either hang in the large downstairs games room including its own bar OR gather the troops and take a seat around the large wooden table out the back, reminisce about the days events while sipping on your favourite beverage and watching the sun go down over the ocean. If it is a bit of privacy you prefer then there is also a separate area upstairs where you can hang. This also includes an ample sized TV and pool table. This area opens out to the upstairs balcony where you can also sit back and enjoy the sunset over the ocean. Guests to supply their own sheets and towels. Linen hire is available on request. Pet Friendly with $250 pet bond applicable. Pedestal fans in bedrooms. No Air conditioning. This property strictly sleeps 11 as per booking terms and conditions. No School leavers will accepted. No guests under the age of 25 without owner approval. Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property. The location was perfect, and the house was great for a couple of families. There were plenty of sleeping and recreational areas, and toys for the kids. The check-in process was a bit of a mission. I didn't receive an SMS (as advised), and the property manager just quickly gave me the code over the phone. While she was perfectly friendly, she was then impossible to get hold of when I couldn't get into the property (because I had been given the wrong code). I tried calling her three times (left an urgent message once), and texting, while we were stuck outside, and never heard back. Eventually, I rang the head office, who gave me the correct code. After this hiccough, however, everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend. ##### Denise M.
