If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Had everything we needed and the hot tub was especially lovely. My only complaint was that this is located kind of near a major interstate - which you could really hear. My fault in not looking at the map closer. This made finding it and getting around super easy, just didn't feel like we were as remote as we'd like. BUT - besides that small issue - amazing. This was our second stay at the cabins- previously stayed at the owl cabin.We love the property because it is centrally located to Chattanooga and Cloudland Canyon. It was far enough away that you felt like you were actually getting away, but close enough to everything where you don’t have to drive super far. We visited rock city and lookout winery. Both were great and super close! This cabin was very clean and exactly as described. Perfect for a short weekend. It’s a little small to spend more than a couple days (in my opinion) but perfect for a few nights. It was perfect. Very clean, organized, and well managed! The grill was appreciated as we were able to cook “at home” for the weekend, and hot tub on the porch enhanced the stay as well, where we could enjoy the sunset amongst the beautiful foliage. The only note I would make to future visitors is that the cabin is a bit close to a major highway so we could hear road traffic. This was not a make or break for us, but I am only noting. It made if very easily accessible and we still felt that we were “amongst the trees”, but you could hear traffic. We plan to try staying again in one of the other properties on top of the mountain!
