It was very private surrounded by redwoods and yet close to Main Street where we shopped and dined. Great for a weekend getaway nestled in the redwoods where you can gaze at the stars peacefully in the hot tub at night before bed. The cabin is located in a prime location off of a main access road to downtown Guerneville and 30mins from Jenner on the coast. Great space for work and quality rest & relaxation cabin is equipped with strong WiFi and good entertainment. The only thing I would note is that it is also through a rental management company that requires you to sign a 10 page rental agreement (which both protects you and the host.) As long as you respect the towns 9pm noise ordinance and don’t have an out of control gathering/party it shouldn’t be an issue, also includes a very clear and comprehensive check out list that is easy to follow. Will definitely consider renting again in the future :) ##### Jay G. Overall the property was very clean and well kept. The main bedroom upstairs was spacious and the ceiling fan helped vent the summer heat. The deck on the back side of the house was amazing and spacious making it a perfect place to relax outdoors or transit to and from the hot tub. The only mark against this rental is the location. It's quite a ways off the main road and the access road isn't the easiest to drive being extremely narrow and steep in spots. Not quite walkable to the main part of Guerneville, or river access unfortunately. Otherwise we loved our stay. ##### Kent F.
