There are plenty of amenities and I think we used all of them. There is a fireplace inside, a full kitchen, reliable wi-fi, a washer/dryer machine and outside there is a fire pit, hot tub, bbqr, and ambient lighting. There is a small creek just off the back patio and the property is in a park but very private and surrounded by mature trees. The only confusion we had was upon arrival the space was not numbered but next to a vacant space that is numbered, this created an uncertainty of whether we were at the correct place. We were hesitant but walking up to the front door it became obvious we were at the right place. Other than that check in was simple. Everything was clean, including extra blankets and plenty of towels. The property owner was responsive and responded quickly. I’d also like to add the location of this property is ideal. Guerneville is a lovely small town and the property is approximately 15 min from Duncan Mills and about 30 min from Jenner. We had a wonderful stay at this property! ##### Tawnya A.
