In the heart of Guérande (restaurants/shops on site) and 5 km from the beaches, in a 15th-century building, this charming, unusual apartment (3rd floor without elevator) has preserved its authenticity (wooden floors, terracotta tiles, etc.) and offers a lovely unobstructed view of Guérande and the sea.  
Ramparts pass for free parking within the walls.  
Large living room (fireplace and sofa bed), separate open-plan kitchen, bathroom (+ shower), separate toilet, two open-plan duplex sleeping areas with sloping ceilings, accessible by ladders (1: 140x190 bed, 2: two 90x190 beds).  
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, foreign channels, radio/CD player, DVD player, and complete baby equipment.  
Included: concierge service (sheets, towels, and cleaning included), electric heating, electricity, and water.  
10% discount for 3 weeks of rental, and 15% for 4 weeks or more.  
  
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
